I created The People's Advocate to help change that.

Akeiff Staples has been in the game for nearly two decades — not as a consultant watching from the sidelines, but as an entrepreneur who has been on the front lines, doing the actual work.
He has scaled businesses from the inside out — running campaigns, building marketing systems, executing on advertising strategies, and learning what actually moves the needle when you are the one accountable for results. He has lived the early mornings, the decisions with no roadmap, and the grind that most people only theorize about.
That experience is not background. It is the foundation of everything he builds.
As the founder of The People's Advocate — an AI-powered business growth and operational development company — Akeiff brings that front-line knowledge directly to everyday entrepreneurs who are ready to stop grinding harder and start building smarter.
He understands, firsthand, what small business owners carry every single day. And he knows that what most of them are not chasing is more hustle. They are chasing freedom — the real kind. Time back. Space to lead, to create, to be present for the things that actually require a human being.
